The whole body is a clear dome, so your pet can watch the street, the station and you. Round ventilation holes run across the front and both sides, and the round zipped window at the front opens whenever you want to reach in.

The trolley suits cats and small dogs. Measure your pet sitting and lying down against the outside size (about 17.5 x 11.8 x 15.7 in) and keep the weight comfortably under about 15 lb (7 kg). If your pet is close to the limit, please don't squeeze them in.
Is it safe for my pet?
Always supervise your pet and never leave them alone in the trolley. Keep it out of direct sun and hot places, even with the ventilation holes, and don't use it as a car seat or restraint.
Can I take it on a plane?
Airline rules differ a lot, so we don't promise it. This is a rigid dome carrier: check your airline's carrier size and type rules before you book.
Can I use it on stairs and rough ground?
The wheels are made for flat ground such as pavement, station floors and clinics. On stairs, kerbs or rough paths, lift it by the top handle or wear it on the shoulder straps.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the dome and base with a damp cloth. Lift the cushion pad out and shake it clean; follow its care label if it has one.
How do I get my pet used to it?
Leave the open trolley on the floor with a blanket and a favourite toy inside for a few days, then try short rolls around the house before heading out.
